New winemakers
Thomas and Jérémie are Dominique LURTON’s sons who come from a famous family of fine wines.
Jérémie, an agriculture engineer, inherited from his father his sharp accuracy in working the vineyard as well as his blending skills. As for Thomas who is the art director, wine cannot go without passion nor an acute feeling for beauty. This goes for the taste of wine as well as its elegance.
With this in mind, they are joining talents.
In 2006, they intend to follow their father’s tracks while taking over the tree family estates : Château Martouret, Château Colin de Pey, Château Jean Gassie, which are three exceptional vineyards.
Together, they decided to spare no effort in order to build great wines worthy of the soils they are working – the way historical properties are built, restored and maintained. They are following in their father’s footsteps.
